The lawmaker, representing Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Adewale Temitope Adedeji, has secured the endorsement of traditional rulers, Chieftains of the All Progressives Congress and residents of Constituency for another term in office.

They made their collective decision known at the 5th edition of the lawmaker’s Widows Empowerment Initiative which had 500 beneficiaries held at the constituency office.

Chairman, APC , Ifako-Ijaiye local government Deacon Banjo Omole, , thanked for giving Hon. Adewale the constituency mandate for the state assembly in the last general election noting the lawmaker had made life much more easier for them

In his remarks, the chairman of the Community Development Committee (CDC) of Ifako-Ijaiye, Pastor Samuel Opajobi described the lawmaker as an achiever and lover of mankind.

Also speaking, the Oba-elect Matthew Ogundimu of Ogundimu Kingdom of Lagos thanked the lawmaker for his impact in the lives of the people.

Reacting to the endorsement, Hon. Adewale thanked his constituents noting that his vision is to see Ifako-Ijaiye as one of the most educated local government and its pledger free registration of health insurance for residents in his constituency whose registration has expired.

Beneficiaries of the empowerment programme commended the lawmaker for always putting smiles in the face of widows and the needy and pledged their support to his candidacy.
