Grammer, who first got implants in her 20s as part of a popular trend, admitted she no longer wanted them to define her. Over the years, she underwent multiple surgeries, dealing with complications, including a ruptured implant that led to silicone reaching her lymph nodes.

After previously hesitating due to concerns over scarring, Grammer, now 56, ultimately prioritized her health, especially given her past battle with stage 2 uterine cancer. She shared that she now feels more comfortable in her body, embracing a natural look that aligns with her personal growth.
