Flying Eagles are through to the semi-final of the U-20 AFCON, after beating Senegal 3-1 on penalties yesterday.
Ebenezer Harcourt was the hero for the Flying Eagles, as he saved two penalty kicks to help the coach Aliyu Zubairu-led side triumph 3-1 on aggregate after full time and extra-time ended 0-0.
The victory also got Nigeria a spot in the U-20 World Cup, billed for Chile later in the year, which would be their 14th appearance at the competition.
The Flying Eagles will next face South Africa in the semi-final of the tournament on Thursday.
