ICPC, NBA Team Up to Boost Legal Integrity

The ICPC signed a strategic partnership with the Nigerian Bar Association Anti-Corruption Committee to intensify the fight against corruption in Nigeria’s legal sector.

At the ICPC headquarters in Abuja, both bodies signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on enforcement, prevention, public education, and ethical reforms. They also signed a second MoU with the ICPC’s Anti-Corruption Academy of Nigeria to expand training, research, and professional development.

ICPC Chairman Dr. Musa Aliyu said the partnership aims to strengthen the justice system and restore public confidence by promoting teamwork and integrity. NBA-ACC Chairman Professor Babafemi Badejo said the agreement will drive anti-corruption training, joint research, and policy reforms.

Both institutions said the collaboration will improve transparency and accountability across Nigeria’s legal and governance systems.
