Lagos Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has paid glowing tributes in honour of his Deputy Chief of Staff, late Gboyega Soyannwo, who died at age of fifty five. saying Lagos had lost a rare gem who was dedicated to work.
Governor Sanwo-Olu said this when he led his executive members, families, friends and colleagues at the Lagos House Ikeja, to attend the Night of Tributes in honour of Late Soyannwo, who lived between 1968-2024.
The Governor at the solemn event organised by the State Government said he had lost a confidant, partner, friend and leader who made invaluable contributions to development of the state and great service to humanity praying that God would comfort his family and loved ones.
