All is now set for the inauguration of 16 iconic public Schools equipped with sports and water facilities in Lagos State.

Lagos State Special Committee on Renovation of schools led by its chairman, Akeem Smith, noted that the initiative is to address the decay of infrastructure in public Schools, adding that 386 blocks of classrooms across all the education districts amounting to over 4,000 classrooms have been constructed under the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Commissioner for Education, Jamiu Ali-Balogun, also told journalists that the state government has employed 500 teachers for its public schools expansion program.
