A 59-year-old businessman, Ezeokoli Sylva, has been nabbed by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, for attempting to smuggle 700 grams of cocaine concealed in his stomach.

A statement by the NDLEA’s spokesman, Femi Babafemi, explained that Ezeokoli was returning to Nigeria after 35 years in Brazil when he was busted after a body scan revealed the hidden substances.

The suspect later expelled 29 wraps of substances that tested positive to cocaine.
