NEW YORK KNICKS ARE WORLD CHAMPIONS ONCE AGAIN
New York City’s Basketball Franchise team- The New York Knicks are the 2025-2026 NBA(National Basketball Association) Champions, after 53years.
The Knicks clinched the title against the San Antonio Spurs winning 94-90, in the fifth game of the best of seven series(4-1). Sending the city and fans into a frenzy after the long awaited victory. This historical event would be remembered as one filled with intense roller coaster moments. From the Knicks almost losing twice at home with a 29point deficit in the 4th game, to clawing back a win with just a point, courtesy a put back from the hand of OG ANUNOBY in the last seconds. Jalen Brunson deservingly won the Bill Russell Final’s MVP award with a 45point game(now the highest by a Knicks player in the finals).
