24 Nigerian Paralympic athletes are set to represent the country at the 2024 Paralympic Games in France, scheduled for 28th August to 8th September.
Nigeria will be represented in four sports at the 2024 Paralympics, namely: Para Athletics, Para Badminton, Para Powerlifting, and Para Table Tennis.
As they prepare to represent the nation in Paris, the athletes will travel to Germany for training in two groups, with the first batch departing today and the second tomorrow.
Unlike the recent Olympics, where Nigeria fell short of expectations, the Paralympic Committee Nigeria (PCN) is optimistic about the country’s chances in the upcoming Games.
