Addressing the Super Eagles team after the match in C么te d’Ivoire, Vice President Shettima noted the strong efforts and inspiring journey of the Super Eagles, stressing the importance of recognizing both victory and defeat in the realm of sports.
The Vice President who also highlighted football as a unifying factor transcending race, region, or religion, however congratulated C么te d’Ivoire on their success while underscoring that Africa, as a whole, emerged as the ultimate winner.
