President Bola Tinubu says his administration is revolutionizing agriculture to make Nigeria self-sufficient in food production and a net exporter of agricultural products.
Speaking when he received a delegation from the Global Tijaniyya Movement, led by Khalifa Muhammad Mahe Niass, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, on Sunday, Mr President who noted the food crisis in the country, said his administration is determined to boost agricultural productivity through various initiatives, including the expansion of farmlands, provision of low-interest loans to farmers amongst others.

Our Correspondent, Raliat Adenekan reports that President Tinubu also outlined his plans to develop the health sector, invest in medical personnels and infrastructure for the betterment of the country.

The President while stressing the importance of spiritual endeavors in nation-building, said his administration will support plans and efforts to give ease and succour to Hajj pilgrims.
