President Bola Ahmed Tinubu commissioned the newly completed Arterial Road 16 in the Federal Capital Territory, describing the project as a clear demonstration of his administration’s commitment to infrastructure-led development under the Renewed Hope agenda.

The N16 arterial road, which spans from Shehu Shagari Way at Ring Road I to Wole Soyinka Way in the Katampe District, features a key interchange and is expected to significantly reduce traffic congestion and improve connectivity across the capital city.

He also acknowledged residents of the affected areas for their cooperation during the project execution, particularly those who were relocated.

Speaking on the wider goals of his administration, President Tinubu said infrastructure development remains central to Nigeria’s aspirations for growth, unity, and economic productivity.
