Tobi Amusan will be Team Nigeria’s flag bearer for the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games, kicking-off in Paris this Friday.

Badminton star, Anuoluwapo Opeyori has been named team captain.

Press officer of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, Tony Nezianya, announced this in a statement.

Team Nigeria will compete in this year’s Olympics in Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, Canoeing, Cycling, Football, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Weightlifting and Wrestling sporting events.
