Nigeria’s Super Eagles retained their 39th position in the latest FIFA men’s world ranking released today.
The three-time African champions are ranked sixth in Africa.
During the period under review, the Super Eagles defeated the Cheetahs of Benin Republic 3-0, while they were held to a 0-0 draw by the Amavubi of Rwanda in qualifying games for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire and Tunisia are the top five teams on the continent.
