On Wednesday, the Israeli military announced it had killed a Hezbollah operative, Hossam Qasem Ghorab, in Lebanon’s Bekaa region. The army said he had been coordinating Syria-based cells planning rocket attacks on the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
The strike occurred Tuesday evening and targeted Ghorab for directing operations from Lebanon.
