Meanwhile, following the recent bombing incident, the Defense Headquarters has revealed that it has outlined plans to enhance troops training and understanding of protocols to ensure thorough assessment before any action to minimize the likelihood of errors.

Addressing newsmen today in Abuja, the Director of Defense Media Operations (DDMO), Major General Edward Buba, who expressed regrets about civilian casualties, also assured that the military would intensify efforts to prevent civilian casualties in its operations across the country.
