Akwa Ibom State government has declared Friday, November 29, a work-free day in honour of the late first lady, Patience Umo-Eno.
A statement from the Secretary to the state government, Enobong Uwah, said the public holiday is to allow Akwa Ibom residents and other well-wishers to pay their final respects to the departed First Lady at her funeral rites.
