The Federal Government has inaugurated a Coordinating Council for Critical National Assets and Infrastructure Protection in Nigeria, with the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, as its Chairman.
Inaugurating the council yesterday, which consists of heads of security agencies and other relevant stakeholders, Ribadu said the move is to ensure Nigeria’s safety, security, resilience, and sustainability.
The National Security Adviser noted that the council is not just a response to security threats, but a proactive step towards fostering collaboration, innovation, and strategic planning.
