The Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency(LASCOPA) says N150 million have been recovered from the Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company and the Eko Electricity Distribution Company for credit adjustments to Lagosians.
Its General Manager, Mr. Afolabi Solebo in an interview with our correspondent on making consumers enjoy products and services paid for, reiterated that the agency has also recovered over N38 million from banks for consumers who had failed transactions through either POS or ATMs.
Solebo also explained the partnership between the agency and the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission(FCCPC) in addressing the continued hike in the price of food and household commodities.
