Zamalek emerged victorious in the CAF Super Cup, defeating Al Ahly 4-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in Riyadh.

This victory marks Zamalek’s fifth Super Cup win in six attempts, further cementing their status in the annual clash between the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup winners. Despite the loss, Al Ahly remain the most successful club in the Super Cup with eight titles, though they have now suffered four defeats.
